I'm not a huge fan of game grumps but I really enjoyed your animation. I thought that you definitely have a realized style that you were aiming for and certainly achieved. Would have liked to see a few more inbetweens between actions but other than that I enjoyed it. Look forward to seeing more content from you in the future. :)

Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you like it. In the future I will be doing original video's, but I need to get better at animating first, and I need to find people who would want to collaborate with me to create really cool content. but for now I will use gamegrumps as a means to practice and own my skills as an animator.

This wasn't that great, TBH. The sound quality was sort of poor, with the voice only playing out of one headphone for part of the video. Also the mouth movements weren't perfect, there where a few moments where it felt as though the voice and mouth didn't sync up. Video editing is also important when it comes to animation, you should not have a blank screen for half of the video, use your default video software if you have to. Another point, parody often takes a concept or an idea and puts a unique spin and this just didn't live up to that expectation, it felt more of an imitation of Ted rather than a parody. I will give props to the character design though, you have visually captured the look of Ted in this animation, so great job in the character design department.
Overall, I think if you work on these elements some more you are definitely capable of producing much better content.
Good luck and I look forward to seeing it in the future.

parody: have a spin
realised character design,

Goddamn, this was a work of art. Really funny, solid script, and beautifully animated. Music was kick-ass too. My only bit of criticism would be it didn't feel like a complete story. Other than that I loved it!

Speedo responds:

its tru, watchin it back id constantly feel "this is kind of all over the place" but im still proud of it WEEE

This is really funny, dude. I look forward to seeing more stuff from you in the future.

I definitely don't plan on stopping! Thank you, sir! Means a lot!

Sweet animation, dude. It was smooth and fluid, and very appealing to watch. I think the end joke would be stronger, however, if Diddy Kong referred to the baseball thing earlier, if only on a throwaway line. i.e. have Diddy enter and ask if Donkey Kong wants to go to baseball with him, and this causes Donkey to freak out. Other than that, solid work dude.

Goddamn, your animations are always top notch, dude. Good Job

Sexual-Lobster responds:

cheers.

The animation was gorgeous, I thought the mesh of 2d and 3d worked really well. My one criticism would be that you need to get to the action faster, it's sort of slow. My advice would be to read up on story structure, specifically Dan Harmon's story circles. You only realistically want to, at most, spend 1/4 of the story on introducing the character. So, I would've liked to see a more of a focus on the adventures of Man of Sauce, so to speak. Other than that I loved it. Great Job.
